ERROR - Active scripting must be activated in Internet Explorer inorder to access the password popup window.
To activate click on "Tools - Internet Options - Security - Custom Level - and scroll to 'Active Scripting" and choose "Enable".  
After saving your selection use the back button in your browser and try accessing the page again.
